The film tells about the feat of a soldier-scout from Yakutia on the battlefields of the Great Patriotic War and about the difficult test that fell to the lot of the grandson of a veteran. Residents and schoolchildren of the 1st Khomustakh nasleg of Namsky ulus took an active part in the filming of the film.
