A planned residential area typical of Eastern Europe, with running commentary from an end-user. A father takes us through the Kyiv neighbourhood of Rusanivka, a residential area typical of those constructed in the seventies: a lot of greenery, neglected playgrounds, cracked asphalt, drunks on the streets at night, and then the day after.
