Jorge loves his father. His father loves a chicken. Jorge doesn't like the chicken and wants to put it in a chicken coop. Before he can build this chicken coop, Jorge has to obtain a building permit. It's difficult to get one when your garden is in Flanders and you don't speak Flemish.
